Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada, the US and the UK. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.
If you are located outside of the above mentioned areas, please stay tuned as we are working on making international shipping available. Subscribe to our email to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
What are the shipping fees?
- Canada: Free for all orders.
- US: Free for orders above $60 US and $4.99 for orders under $60.
- UK: Shipping calculated at checkout.
If you are shipping to the US or the UK, please note that there may be customs and/or duties incurred on your shipment. The amount of customs and/or duties will vary based on the States. The courier service may ask you for a payment of these fees when your order arrives.
What are the delivery timeline?
Estimated shipping time is as follows:- Canada GTA: 1 business day
- Canada outside of GTA: 2 to 4 business days
- US: 3 to 6 business days
- UK: 6 to 10 business days
*Shipping time may take longer than usual due to Covid-19.
How can I track my order after purchasing a pillow?
When your item is packaged and sent for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can use that number to check the delivery status on the shipping courier's website (i.e. Canada Post).
