We currently ship to Canada, the US and the UK.
If you’re located outside of these two countries, we are working on bringing our products available to more countries, so stay tuned! Subscribe to our email to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Canada: Free for all orders.
US: Free for orders above $60 US and $4.99 for orders under $60.
UK: Shipping calculated at checkout.
All of our orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse partner located in Toronto, ON Canada.
Estimated Shipping Time is as follows:
Canada GTA: 1 business day
Canada outside of GTA: 2 to 4 business days.
US: 3 to 6 business days.
UK: 6 to 10 business days.
Please note that delivery may take longer during holidays or severe weather conditions. We recommend keeping an eye on your order's tracking numbers.

If you are shipping to the US or the UK, there may be customs and/or duties incurred on your shipment and the courier service may ask you for a payment of these fees when your order arrives. If the fee does incur, the amount of customs and/or duties will vary based on the States/Province.
Yes! If you want to purchase a plush but don’t want to pay the full price at once, we got you. We offer the option to pay in 4 interest-free instalments through Afterpay. To do this, select Afterpay as the payment option at checkout and complete the registration process.
We accept the following payment options: VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, G Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, American Express, and Discover.
We currently do not have gift wrapping options available at this time. However, every order comes with branded packaging for your significant other’s unboxing experience. Order invoices with pricing details are not included in the packages so you don’t have to worry about the price being disclosed.
If you would like to update your order details, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 6-12 hours of placing your order. We typically pack and ship within 3 business days and we can only update the details if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Once you’ve placed your order, our products typically ship from our warehouse within 3 business days. Once a product has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link. You can use that link to follow your package as it embarks on its journey to you.
If you place an order on a weekend, your order will be processed and shipped in the following business days.

We’re so sorry you’re experiencing shipping delays! We understand that delays are frustrating. If your tracking status is not moving in its transit to you for days, or it says your order is delivered but you haven’t received the package, we recommend that you file a claim with the courier service to investigate the issue.

As important it is to take care of your real plants, it’s also important to give love and take care of your Planty Plushie for the best longevity and experience. We recommend spot cleaning using a damp cloth with a soap of your preferred choice.
We do NOT recommend using a washing machine or dryer to clean Planty Plushie. This can distort the stuffing inside and result in a change of texture both on the inside and the outside.
Overtime, you may notice a thread sticking out of your Planty Plushie. This is rare but does occur. If you see a thread that is undone, do not pull out the thread, instead, cut it off as close to the seam as possible to prevent further unraveling.
All of our plushies are designed together by me and my eldest sister, Lin. We look at lots of different pictures of plants to capture the unique characteristics that each plant has and incorporate that into our design. We then take out our notebook, try out dozens of different colour combinations, and work with our suppliers to perfect the product. We’re always full of ideas and excited to bring more products to you!

We work with suppliers across the world to bring the best quality products and experience to you and your loved ones.
If you wish to return your items, we offer 30-day returns policy from the date your order is delivered. Please ensure the items are in original condition and unused.
To initiate a return, send us a message or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your return package. Kindly note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive and process your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
