What's the return policy?

You may return the item(s) within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. After 30 days, all orders become final and will not be eligible for a return or a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition and in its original packaging. Should the returned item not meet the above return guideline, Planty Plush has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Kindly note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping fees. We're unable to waive the return shipping fees unless the item arrived defective.

How do I start the return?

To initiate a return, please send us an email at contact@plantyplush.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In your return email, please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Any pictures or visual reference

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will investigate the issue and do our best to make it right for you.
